We also have a unique conferencing package which gives you more choice and flexibility for all your business meetings. All this in a fantastic location just off Junction 8 of the M61.

Menu 1 includes:

A selection of cold sandwiches including hand carved ham, homemade egg mayonnaise and cress, tuna with cucumber, cheddar cheese and spring onion and beef and mustard. Accompanied by a variety of crisps and salad garnish

A selection of bite sized dishes to include mini filled tortilla wraps, sausage rolls, pizza and garlic bread slices, filled potato skins, pork pies, giant hand battered onion rings, mini quiche slices, Cajun and savoury rice bowls, tossed salads and a selection of dipping sauces

Menu 3 includes:

A variety of sandwiches on mini tin loaves and white or granary bread and a selection of mini thai fishcakes, sticky ribs, chicken wings, filled savoury tartlets, Mexican bean and hoi sin duck mini wraps, bite sized Spanish tortillas, chicken liver parfait on melba toasts and bite sized beef burgers. All accompanied by a variety of pasta and tossed leaf salads.
