Head Chef Andrew McMullen writes the menus and ensures that quality ingredients are used to make your meal a great one every time. Children are welcomed into our restaurants with a menu offering a mixture of firm favourites and healthy alternatives. High chairs are available in all of our restaurants.
To complement your food a range of soft drinks, juices, speciality teas and coffees including espresso, cappuccino and latte are available. The restaurants also offer an excellent range of bottled beers and wines.

Casblanca's Coffee & Wine Bar is the first of our eateries to greet you on the ground floor as you enter the Dickensian shopping quarter. Featuring an excellent range of coffees, sandwiches, and cakes this is a place to prepare for the day ahead or relax and unwind with the days bargains.
Shambles Tea Room & Smethurst's Restaurant are located on the 4th floor, providing the ideal stop off to refuel ready to shop your way back to the ground floor or have a wholesome meal before leaving for home. Shambles Tea Room offers a relaxed atmosphere while Smethurst's is an awe inspiring spot with an excellent view across the canal.
